8th August 1785 Indenture between Henry Wilkinson of the Parish of Whitby in the County of York Esq as therein further described of the one part and John Holt of the Parish of Whitby aforesaid Merchant of the other part with Copy of Memorial annexed
28thJany 1788 Office Copy of the Will of the said Henry Wilkinson
28 May 1789 Indenture between John Mathews the younger of Whitby in the County of York Esq and William Barker of the same place Merchant as therein respectively further described of the one part and George Longborne of Whitby aforesaid Shipwright and Nathaniel Longborne of the same place Shipwright of the other part.
29th & 30th Novr 1791 Indentures of Lease and Release the Release between the said John Mathews the younger and William Barker of the 1stpart John Wilkinson of Whitby aforesaid Gentleman as therein further described of the 2nd part said George Longborne and Nathaniel Longborne of the 3rd part and James Walker of Spring Head in the Parish of Cottingham in said County of York Esq of the 4th part.
13th & 14th Octr 1794 Indentures of Lease and Release between said James Walker of the one part and William Watson Bolton of the Town of Kingston upon Hull in the County of the same Town Esq of the other part.
13th & 14th May 1796 Indentures of Lease and Release between said William Watson Bolton of the one part and Simon Horner of the Town of Kingston upon Hull aforesaid Merchant of the other part.
30th & 31st August 1801 Indentures of Lease and Release between Simon Horner the younger of the Town of Kingston upon Hull in the County of the same Town Merchant of the one part and Richard Acklom Harrison of the said Town of Kingston upon Hull Esq of the other part.
23rd& 24thJuly 1828 Indentures of Lease and Release the Release between William Dryden of the Town and County of the Town of Kingston upon Hull Gentleman John Mather of Beverley in the County of York Dissenting Minister and Francis Hall of the Parish of Sculcoates in the said County of York Sail Maker of 3 Bank of England Museum the 1st part Francis Tadman of Kingston upon Hull aforesaid Builder of the 2ndpart Mary Acklam late of Beverley aforesaid but at present residing in Liverpool in the County Palatine of Lancaster Widow of the 3rd part and The Governor and Company of the Bank of England of the 4th part.
24thJuly 1828 Indenture between William Wells of Boothferry in the County of York Innkeeper and Edmund Thompson of Armin in said County of York Gentleman of the 1st part and Mary Maud of Armin aforesaid as therein further described of the 2ndpart said William Dryden John Mather and Francis Hall of the 3rdpart said Governor and Company of the Bank of England of the 4th part and James William Freshfield of New Parish Buildings in the City of London Gentleman of the 5th part. Same date - Indenture between said William Dryden John Mather and Francis Hall of the one part and said Governor and Company of the Bank of England of the other part.
