Hullwebs History of Hull

Much of the city's Georgian heritage, was destroyed by a combination of Hitler's bombers and City Planners. Fortunately some excellent examples of period architecture have survived, along with numerous printed records from the period between 1714 and 1836, covering the reign of George I, II, III, IV and William IV.
